Two parts

First we reset it. Then we keep it that way.

  1. Step 1

    The reset wash

Exterior washing and stain removal for brick, awnings, breezeways, and walkways. Roof runoff stains, dirt, and buildup come off so the property starts from clean.

  2. Step 2

    The weekly detail

Once it's clean, I come back every week to keep the common areas that way: breezeways, stairwells, railings, entries, and the spots residents and tenants notice first.

The gap

The landscaper handles the grounds. Nobody handles the building.

Most communities already pay someone to mow, edge, and blow off the beds. The railings, stairwells, and breezeways aren't on anyone's list.

Spring pollen coats the handrails. Cobwebs fill the light fixtures. Leaves and grit collect on the landings. Residents and tenants walk past it every day, and the complaints go to the board or the property manager.

The weekly detail covers that gap.

How it works

One walkthrough. One price. One person.

  1. Free walkthrough

We walk the property together. I look at the breezeways, stairwells, entries, and exterior, and note what your community needs.

  2. Flat monthly quote

You get one fixed monthly price in writing, based on what we saw on the walkthrough.

  3. Same person every week

I do the work myself. You won't be explaining your property to a new crew every month.

  4. Photo report after each visit

After each visit I send photos of the areas I covered, so the board or manager can see the work without driving over.

About Jason

Detailing has been my job for 20 years.

I'm Jason Peptis. I've run Jason's Mobile Detailing for 20 years. From 2005 to 2007, I detailed Carolina Hurricanes players' cars every week at practice. For years I've detailed supercars and employee vehicles at a major tech campus here in the Triangle.

Detailing at that level teaches you to notice small things, like a water spot on glass or dust in a door jamb. I bring that same attention to the places residents and tenants share.

Right now I detail a condo community's common areas every week. I'd like to add yours.

Add-on

Car detailing days for residents

Through Jason's Mobile Detailing, I can set up on-site detailing days at your community. Residents sign up for a time and get their car detailed right in their own parking lot.

It gives the community an amenity to offer, and it's the work I've done every day for 20 years.
